Bring a little bit of France to your kitchen with this stuffed pancake recipe. Great for any time of the day.
50 g butter
200 ml milk
75 g flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
200 g soft cheese
4-8 teaspoons of honey
A little extra butter for the pan
To prepare the dough: melt the butter at a low heat. Beat the flour and milk until smooth, then add eggs, sugar and salt and mix together.
Mix in the lukewarm butter. Leave the dough for approx. 20 minutes.
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Froth a small amount of butter in a pan, add 1/4 of the dough. While adding the dough, toss the pan to spread the dough evenly.
Fry the pancake until golden yellow, turn over and put 1/4 of the cheese on it. Fry the second side until golden yellow, place the stuffed pancake on a pre-warmed plate, fold it up and pour 1– 2 teaspoons of honey over each pancake.
Fry four stuffed pancakes one after another in this way.
